“I’ve had my Worcester Greenstar boiler for nearly 22years and servicing Bosch engineers.
An engineer named Gavin called to repair a fault on 18th September he was excellent. His personality shone through the moment he arrived. He fixed the fault and explained why the fault had occurred. Hopefully Bosch will convey my thanks personally.
