“I have belonged to this book subscription service for well over two years now, almost three. I do like the books I’ve been sent and the packages are always fun to open, since there are many little extras included each quarter. And I do like that it is quarterly, and not monthly. However - they charge my card and I get an email telling me they are “preparing” my order. But it is usually about two weeks after they charge my card until they send the email that they are preparing my order. After I get the first email, it might be another two weeks before they ship the order. Then shipping takes at least a week. So, from the time when they charge my credit card to when I actually receive my order is well over a month. I am starting to wonder about this … I may have to suspend my subscription for this reason.”
