They cancelled my order, saying its now not in stock,a week or more after I ordered, they then said I have to wait 10 to 14 days to get my money back, after they messed up. And have been fobbing me of ever since, still waiting for my full refund. Bad company stay away.

Brackets are sold singularly, the very definition of a bracket is plural! When I contacted customer services about sending another, which I was happy to pay for, I was told it would cost me a further £4.95 shipping! For a bracket! When I asked about their refund policy I was met with silence. Terrible, would never use again.

Worktops weren't delivered as driver didn't contact us by telephone as arranged. Phoning the company constantly only to be fobbed off. Hassle with refund as they are dishonest and try to hold on to the refund! Very bad experience, I would not recommenced to anyone I would warn people to avoid or they will wait for a delivery that will not show up and possibly loose all money paid to this shoddy dishonest company.

Discussing people to buy from, delivery never turned up and problem with refunding me, customer service are awful. Bought on ebay ' THE CHIPPY SHOP 'Told so many lies and wasted so much time 3 separate days waited all day and they were just lying then they fiddle the refund money - tried to keep my money! reported to Trading Standards and I advise everyone else to report them - unfair trading - false advertising.

i have communicated several times with the company, and been advised that the refund had been processed, however I still haven't received refund 15 days later, and the customer services rep i have spoken with most recently advised the refund was processed yesterday ( the same person who advised me that it had been processed on 17th December).

Had to speak to 3 people to organise a delivery but after two failed attempts to deliver spread over the course of 8 days despite the next day delivery promise (apparently they are unable to find an address by London Bridge or correct my telephone number twice to check on this), my fourth call was to cancel the order and ask for a full refund.
