“Very good service with swift delivery”

“Ordered two Outwell camping chairs which were £30 cheaper for the pair than any other retailer. Was a little dubious having read other reviews but took a chance and they arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. I went with standard delivery not paid delivery. Would use this company again but given the mixed reviews would limit my purchase to bits and bobs not big ticket items like a tent.”

“I purchased 6 acrylic wine/ juice glasses with multicoloured stems as a gift fir friends with a boat. 6 from WOW, 12 from another online retailer. Wow’s arrived professionally packed with the glasses intact. The other retailer had botched the packaging, torn the cardboard packing holding the glasses in place, scratched six out of the 12 glasses. I give. WOW ten stars for professionalism and customer care ethos. The other retailer which happens to be based in Ireland has so far ignored my emails.”
