“Item was defective after first use, wow contacted who in turn contacted cadac. Waited a week and recontacted wow, still awaiting update which is very disappointing. Time will tell regarding this issue, but at the moment i would not recommend wow.”

“Cool box is very scratched at the bottom and looks like a used second hand item. The packaging was for something else and was falling to pieces. Was going to call the company to complain but decided to stick it in the garage to avoid the stress of it all. Hopefully when there is a clear out it will get put in a skip.”

Hi Jason, For safety reasons gas cartrdiges are never completely filled when manufactured. If the gas cartridges were completely full, the pressure inside them would be too high, and they could explode or leak. By leaving some space inside the cartridges, the gas can expand and contract with changes in temperature, and the pressure can be kept within safe limits. Gas cartridges are designed this way and the gas you received was correct. I hope this helps. Wow Camping.

“Can't fault Wow camping from a service point of view. The product is absolutely rubbish. Badly designed. The supporting beams are detachable and the centre 1 is too short. The awning keeps collapsing when the wind picks up. I'd be fuming if I'd paid full price for this awning.”

“The roof bag ripped when I tightened the straps the first time I used it. I was going away that morning so had no choice but to leave it on (strapped up with bungee straps). Unfortunately it rained the whole journey and all the contents (camping equipment, bedding, etc.) were soaking when we arrived in Cornwall. The product is not fit for purpose.”

“Awful tent using it now for the first time. The ground sheet is unattached and poorly made/fitted so the tent is a wind tunnel and freezing at night. Re-put up the tent to see if could make the gaps any better but it’s still the same. Really disappointing as the tent looks good but is poorly made!”
