“Not really impressed Checked delivery cost , £3.95, grand Only when I had checked out did I see that I was actually charged £11.95 for postage to ni , no option to review order before checking out so I didn’t see it , outrageous cost for delivery Absolutely will not be ordering again”

“Unfortunately the issue is with the delivery company. Parcel was left on the porch and in a terrible state, the box had been ripped open and was held together by elastic bands. See photos. Also a packet of 2 biscuits was in the box. Very strange and disappointing.”

“I recently purchased two Redwood Leisure Folding Camping Chairs in Black. They were delivered on time & in perfect condition. Unfortunately they are not suitable for adults, extremely uncomfortable, cheap & nasty, not worth the postage to send back for the % refund☹️”

“I ordered 3 camping chairs and when I received them every chair had smashed arms the plastic was broken off on all 3 chairs. I don't know if it was wow Camping at fault or the courier. I was disappointed but thought they'd be more hassle to send back than what there worth. I would Never order again from wow camping ever again”

“2pairs of boots ordered only received one ,tried to chase up customer svs refund issued not really helpful blaming courier when they were never sent .Chase up out of stock? go back on eBay sort it my self . Complain via eBay no reply, replacement arrived early. Ist pair really nice that's the only reason for second chance .”

“I ordered some melamine mugs and was horrified that they came in huge amounts of plastic - way too much product packaging, and then a ridiculous amount of bubble wrap to protect the packaging, and then in a thick plastic bag folded over, wrapped with plastic tape. I'm NEVER going to order from Wow Camping again.”

“Terrible service from Wow Camping. Ordered online, did not arrive, and is apparently stuck with the courier. No phone support, so sent TWO emails and had no response. Where is my order please??”

“The price of our extra large, deluxe Coleman event shelter was the thing that made us but from Wow Camping. That was our first mistake. The shelter comes with four sets of poles and one of the pole sets had an extra piece meaning that we could not put the shelter up. Simple to rectify you would thing - replace the pole set. Well to do that you need to make a claim under warranty from the supplier not the manufacturing. Unfortunately, other than auto responses, saying that emails are dealt with within 24 hours, Wow camping do not deal with emails. I think they have sent 8 auto responses over the summer and, only when Coleman got involved, did they send an email specific to our issue. Alas that was a one off and we are back to square one with a faulty shelter that cannot be used and yet we still have weekend camping trips planned up until October. But from Wow at your peril. Since the purchase I have seen other customer complaints about the lack of after sales service.”

“Was really unhappy with the tent I purchased. It wasn't the same brand as advertised. There was a tear in the roof and it was shoddily stitched together. I had to throw away after one use.”
