“I've never received what uve deducted from my account that I purchased.send numerous emails and you've not answered one.thanks alot £60 out of pocket.ordered same next day elsewhere and was delivered within 24 hrs to my door.your a absolute shambles and thieves.answer that.”

“I ordered a Coleman Meadowood 6l from wowcamping at the start of summer. Delivery was on time. However, when we took our new tent on its first camping trip we discovered that it wasn’t waterproofed at one of the seams, revealing a rather significant fault. I emailed wow camping to request replacement when we returned from our trip but I did not receive a reply. I chased them again a few weeks later, and I still have yet to hear back from them. The second email was sent a month ago. I am now in touch with Coleman directly and have informed them of the appalling customer services at wow camping. I will never purchase anything further from this retailer and would vehemently advise anyone else from buying from them.”

“I was rather upset to find this was purely a side wall. From the description I had assumed it was a complete shelter. Unwrapped it was impossible to fit back into the cover so very reluctantly I have had to keep it.”

“I’m very disappointed, 2 items arrived broken I phoned and spoke to someone who was very helpful and assured me the broken items would be replaced and sent out this never happened! I won’t buy from here again or recommend to anyone.”

“Outwell windscreen is not fit for purpose. The uprights are flimsy spikes inserted into shallow plastic housing. Not fit for inserting in to ground. Wow isn’t interested other than return heavy item at my cost”

“What a complete fraudulent rip off! These chairs were for children not adults Please be warned do not buy If you want them for adults God knows how much it would have cost to send them back Photo trying to pass them off as adult chairs !”

Sorry to hear you are not happy with these chairs. I can assure you these chairs are for adults, we have sold thousands and this is the first complaint we have received. If you are unhappy with them you can of course return then for a full refund. You will parcel2go rates very reasonable.
