“Very very poor service. One of the items was missing. From the date I made the order (20 July) to the date I received the order (28 July) there was no prior warning of unavailable stock. But when package received there was a handwritten message on the invoice which said "0 stock refund to follow". I didn't receive refund so sent an email (11 August). I received an automated response which said "We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours". As of today (14 August) I have not had a response”

“LOL.They’ve asked me to give a review and I still haven’t got my order. Sent them an email asking where it is - no response. Serves them right then for a terrible review. If I were you I’d avoid these guys if you actually want to receive your order or get any semblance of customer service.”

“I bought a camping lamp which was broken so I wanted to return. I emailed in, as per the invoice instructions, to get an automated email saying I would be contacted within 48hrs. No reply so I tried again, still no answer. I checked my spam and all possible places an email could be sent to. Nothing. No telephone number on website. My strong advice is to avoid buying from this company. Nothing 'Wow' about it.”

“I bought some spare poles for a recent camping trip. Over a week later the poles hadn't turned up. Contacted this company, with no response at all. Went away on our trip without the poles needed. They then turned up a few days after returning. Would not recommend this company, and will not be using them again. I think WOW stands for Wait Over a Week.”

“Was sent a faulty item and have refused to reply to emails trying to resolve it. They have even failed to reply to messaging on their eBay page. Very poor communications. Never use this company.”

“The 3 BBQ you sent, were absolutely rubbish, they caused me embarrassment as it was impossible to light the few artificial coal you had put in each. I was giving my guests apologies and had to grill the food inside with my gas cooker. You should not be selling this rubbish.”

“I paid over £9 for next day delivery as I needed some gas canisters for a bbq. They failed to be delivered on time so I had to buy a disposable bbq instead. When I tried to contact wow camping to ask for a refund of the delivery fee, I couldn’t find an email address or phone number.”

“We got the wrong item. Emailed them about it and didn’t get a reply. And had to chase twice on the phone to get the item dispatched - it was over a week late from the timings given on the website. Not impressed.”

“The gas canister was not delivered by the courier as the packaging was so poor that the canister was dented. The courier was given the same package 4 times to deliver. I saw it on one of these and also formally rejected it. Weeks later and I am still waking for a canister to arrive despite a number of emails.”
