“Bad Seller. Item 6 gas canisters were not sent non existent tracking number provided. Bad communication had to get money back through ebay.”

“Purchased a Lyme disease test kit. No mention on the web site that there's a further £30.00 test fee involved - just a sticker on the product when it arrives!! Misleading to say the least.”

“Item arrived damaged Was told would be sent out a replacement but never arrived and after having to chase them up I was told it’s out of stock. Poor service!”

“I ordered 8 lots of cooker tablets. The tablets were cheap enough but the delivery is very expensive. Hence why I ordered 8 lots. I then received an email saying there were only 3 lots available and was asked if I still wanted them. I need them for Glastonbury so said yes and asked if I could have some of the delivery refunded. As 3 lots is less money then the price of delivery. Out of £20 I had £6 refunded to me. This is a shocking price for 3 lots of tablets.”

“Package did not arrive at my home. After a couple of days found a decorator at a home in manor road (I live in Manorway).The decorator found a delivery card which said the delivery had been placed I a wheeling bin for recycling. This bin was out in the street awaiting the recycling van to Take away to local dump. The decorator did take the package out of recycling, however did not look for a name on the parcel. He gave me the parcel and hen I was able to proof the parcel should have been delivered to my house. Also despite receipt of text service stating it had arrived it did not and there was no means by which I could report what had happened . Rubbish service.”

“I ordered an item fro you it turned up broken instead of sending me a replacement you just gave me a refund the easy option I own a company supply goods and this is not the way to do business look after your customers at all costs no matter how small today a light tomorrow a six man tent very poor service from wow camping I fact not wow”

“Found replacement globe for a lantern at a good price.... Shame waited a few days past the last expected delivery date before contacting Wow only to be told the old classic "lost in transit" at least I did get the refund but only because they said the item was no longer available. I doubt I would consider using again.”

“Would be a fantastic bbq if the cooking rack wasnt smaller than the bbq frame, so the rack and food often fell into the coals with the slightest of touch when flipping burgers. Also the finish paint work peeled off the sides from the heat, even after just one use.”

“Asked if I would get a VAT receipt prior to purchase. Parcel arrived without VAT receipt. Several emails sent with no response, having to take action through eBay to get a partial refund”

“Ordered 30cm non stick frying pan and within minutes of using it for the first time the nonstick coating came off, who would've guessed bacon could be so abrasive. I don't recommend this product.”

“it took 10 days to arrive, I had to chase it, stayed in all Saturday 18.05.19 awaiting the parcel that never arrived, could not chase it on the internet, had to ring 20.05.19 NOT IMPRESSED weekend day wasted!!!!!”

“no information on when and who was to deliver the item,unable to track item delivery was for three to five days waited ten days had to email Wow Camping after investigations they then emailed to say that the goods were damaged and not fit for purpose however they then started that they had no more of the item in stock very poor from start to finish will not use your company again”

“Hermes was the carrier for this 5 Litre can of FABSIL water proofer. When the can arrived in bubble wrap, the can itself had been extremely badly dented, almost to the point of puncture. I will phone Wow Camping with my concern and disappointment for their reaction.”

“I bought the hottie gas portable heater it blood in my tent set fire to my sleeping bag and got a hole at the side of my tent to return this is so difficult I would not recommend this company”
