“Awful company - DO NOT USE! I placed my order on 30th July for which I received a confirmation email. As I had not received my order or any further communication I phoned 6th August. I was told that my order “had been processed and would be sent out”. I informed WOW Camping that I was travelling on 10th August and wanted to know if I would received the order before then. They “guaranteed that it would be processed, sent out and with me before 10th August”. As I have still not received the order I phoned again on 10th August. I was told that the order has not even been processed and therefore has not even been sent for delivery. I am needless to say not happy that I did not received my order. I also feel that I have been lied to as when I phoned on 6th August I was categorically told that my order had been processed and was to be sent to me by 10th August. The conversation I had on 10th August with them confirmed that this was not the case as they had still not oeven processed my order for delivery. I also feel that I should have been contacted if there were any problems with my order and that I should not have to be chasing WOW Camping. Of note they state on their website that delivery is three to five working days. I received no apology or explanation and only got a refund as I had been phoning them and had to demand it. I truly awful company and one that I would categorically say to people to never use.”

Please accept our apologies for this. We of course completely understand your frustration. A full investigation will take place to find out exactly what went wrong. This is certainly not something we make a habit of. We will also send you a discount code for your next order should you decide to give us another chance.

“awning storm straps were advertised as kampa universal but they were to large for my kampa ace air 400 had to return and pay for postage”
