“My drive away awning arrived in good time exactly as ordered. Unfortunately after part erecting it was not what we expected. So we arranged a return after carefully repacking as best we could. It’s never possible to repack as well as when delivered. We were delighted to hear quickly after its return that we were being refunded in full without quibbles.”
