“Usually you can only make a meaningful assessment of customer service when something goes wrong. In my case, DHL decided to have a bad day. When I phoned to enquire about the delay in delivering my order, I received prompt, courteous assistance as well as a link to track my parcel. When I still did not take delivery, I rang back. Being a member of the public, and therefore thick, I left it until 4.20pm on a Friday. The same member of staff said to leave it with him. Within 30 minutes, he left a voicemail and the parcel was delivered first thing on the Saturday. Top marks and many thanks to Darren Andrews. Note to WOW - pay this man more. Tim Clements”

“Products price and quality are good, long delay from ordering to dispatch when all items were listed as 'in-stock'. Worst part was all the items including the very heavy (2 x 240v extensions) and light and fragile (12 x acrylic wine & beer glasses), were all literally dropped loose in to an ordinary cardboard box which was then taped up with sticky tape marked as 'Fragile'. No bubble wrap or even screwed-up news paper to stop any movement or damage. Luckily all the items survived with only a small scuff on one of the beer glasses but all of the individual product packaging was damaged/crushed or torn. There were holes in the single layer cardboard box but happily nothing was small enough to have escaped. Not the fault of the delivery company, the box and packing was wholly inadequate. It was delivered within the time promised but it took a week before it was despatched.”
