“Brilliant service, delivery good (although they charge extra for the Isle of Wight, which is annoying, as it's part of Hampshire) Packaging was good also, but I cant check product itself, as I had it delivered to a different address because of the extra charge to my home.”

“Outcome exceeded expectations. After reading the reviews I was very sceptical about ordering anything from Wow. However the price for the boots I wanted was far better than other retailers and given that the transaction was covered by the distance selling act and also that I was using a credit card so if anything did go wrong I could claim against the card I placed my order. I received the invoice within seconds that was when I realised that if I had spent £1.50 more the shipping would have been free. I phoned Wow, not expecting to be able to talk to anyone, within a minute I had spoken to someone and had cancelled my order. I made a new order this time ordering a pair of socks and a day later my boots mad socks arrived. Happy days. I will be using Wow again. My only criticism is that the web app did not flag up the fact that I could spend £1.50 more and get free shipping. It would have saved me a bit of time, but hay ho.”

“Lovely jacket but shame it was too small on fitting, had to return which left me £7.00 out off pocket in total as payed postage to receive jacket, then had to pay postage to return. Refund also took 10 days to come threw.”
