“Lovely jacket but shame it was too small on fitting, had to return which left me £7.00 out off pocket in total as payed postage to receive jacket, then had to pay postage to return. Refund also took 10 days to come threw.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase and the speed of delivery but as I had to return one as i ordered two sizes I was very disappointed that I had to pay over £5.00 to return it. I've not paid for Returns for a long time and normally items have returns label in the package, well that's what I find with companies that I normally use. When buying clothes it's not always easy to gauge the correct size or fit so ordering a couple of sizes to try at home could end up being costly business.”

“Good service, received jacket promptly. This was let down however by the jacket arriving screwed up and looking as though a herd of fluffy sheep had slept on it.”

“I can’t really fault WoW camping but the courier they used to deliver the item went to the total wrong address . Although all details were correct when the order was placed. If it wasn’t for the good nature of a gentleman, some 2 miles away from my address taking the time to call me I don’t know what the outcome would have been. Unsure if I would use again sadly.”

“Thoroughly disappointed with ‘wowcamping’. Upon receipt of a large cooler i unpackaged to find several dents to the handle and body. As this was a gift I asked ‘wowcamping’ about returns but heard nothing back. I couldn’t give it as a present in its condition so ended up buying something else..... Yes, they’re cheap but, buy cheap, buy twice.....”

“Product poorly packaged - a flimsy original box wrapped in foil. Damanged in transit or posted already damaged (more likely, tbh): a lid on a travel pot set dented and not fitting. I have not raised it with the company as I needed it for an upcoming trip, so cannot comment how they would react.”

“The front awning pole of the Coleman Oak Canyon snapped in hot weather on day 1 of our first holiday!So no future rain protection.That should surely not happen when brand new!No email reply from Wow about this so far. Very disappointed.”

“Products price and quality are good, long delay from ordering to dispatch when all items were listed as 'in-stock'. Worst part was all the items including the very heavy (2 x 240v extensions) and light and fragile (12 x acrylic wine & beer glasses), were all literally dropped loose in to an ordinary cardboard box which was then taped up with sticky tape marked as 'Fragile'. No bubble wrap or even screwed-up news paper to stop any movement or damage. Luckily all the items survived with only a small scuff on one of the beer glasses but all of the individual product packaging was damaged/crushed or torn. There were holes in the single layer cardboard box but happily nothing was small enough to have escaped. Not the fault of the delivery company, the box and packing was wholly inadequate. It was delivered within the time promised but it took a week before it was despatched.”

“No idea if Wow were any good, as I'm still awaiting the delivery. Having said that, when I first started chasing the delivery, Wow came back saying that half of it hasn't even been sent yet??? They have since changed that to "we don't know" and are blaming the delivery company, and how state that they can't send my goods again as they have no stock. All of this is leaving me unsure of who to blame, but rest assured I won't be coming back until my goods arrive.”
