“The product I bought was a little disappointing. (Enammelled mugs) The rim of the mug is too wide and the liquid within spills down the outside. I can live with it but it's not ideal. You have to be careful not to let it drip onto your shirt. Never had that problem with my previous mugs. However, the price was good and the delivery time was also good. 7 out of 10.”

“Purchased online and everything was straightforward, placed an order received an email, and then was updated regarding delivery. My only problem is the carrier they used DHL. As with a previous order my item did not get delivered even though I was waiting outside my property, this resulted in me having to do a 20 miles round trip to collect from DHL. So next day delivery turned out to be 3 days collection.”
