“very helpful, order arrived within 4 days. Part of an item was missing but phoned and item was sent out next day no hassle. Would have given 5 stars if part of item had been received with initial order. Happy with purchases and efficiency.”

“Our new tent arrived in good time and good condition. The price was very good indeed, but within a week of our purchase, they reduced the price of the model we bought by a further 10%, which was a little galling.”
