“I shopped around online a bit for the precise item I was looking for. I'd not previously heard of Wow camping before, so even though they offered the best price I was a little apprehensive. But the item (a Jack Wolfskin flask) arrived very quickly, sensibly packaged. So I'm a very contented customer.”

“Good prices and prompt delivery. The only thing to bear in mind is that you must pay the return postage for any unwanted item unless it is faulty. I had to return one faulty item and one that didn't fit. Customer Services were very responsive and helpful and allowed me to return both items together at no cost to me.”
