“Ordered Cadac Grill, power pack and tapas set. Competitive pricing and free delivery. When only one of the two parcels arrived I contacted Wow Camping Customer Service who informed that the second parcel was still with the courier. They supplied the tracking ID and a couple of days later the parcel arrived. Very pleased with the customer service handling of my enquiry. A bit disappointed with having to wait in for the second parcel. The tracking with Yodel was rubbish. It said out for delivery but still didn't arrive until a day later. Product is awesome though, so worth the wait.”
