“Shame I was unable to call in and collect as I am often in the area. Accepted you are a mail order company but courier Hermes let you down by not delivering on time and then no coms until package eventually arrived two days later. Happy with product though and will use again.”

“I purchased a Robens tent recently .. it arrived promptly and I am pleased with the service thus far .. I have as yet to test the tent itself but it was well wrapped in polythene and appears to be in perfect condition.”
