“Wow Camping themselves were fine but very disappointed with the carrier they use - Hermes, my parcel got lost at the depot for a week and so arrived 6 days after it was supposed to - maybe Wow Camping should look into using a more reliable carrier”

“Product was just as described. Wow was best price. Product well wrapped and despatched in good time. Just a shame Hermes took 5 days to deliver after e-mail notification to say it was on it's way”
