“I have just received my order from you. I am absolutely delighted with my order. The items came well protected and very neatly packed. “It was a pleasure to meet you all on Wednesday, I never expected to receive such a warm welcome, I felt like a true VIP. I was so excited to pick up all my stationary, when I got home, I couldn't believe the care and attention that had been put into how everything had been packed and presented. Everyone I've shown just loves it - including the registrar who now has an order of the day card, she told me it was one of the loveliest she had seen. I have to say everything thing you and your team have done has been way beyond my expectations, from the moment I dealt with your company. Wendy was fantastic she went to so much trouble to find me the right ribbon and trimming for my napkins, the whole team is a credit to the business. It is so rare to find a company who really provides outstanding customer service, and where you genuinely feel that everyone is working towards providing something really special, especially when its your wedding day. Thank you so much and I would really appreciate it if you could pass on my heartfelt thanks to everyone in the team. I will recommend you to everyone I know!!
