“Thank you for your care in PandP! Initially I thought rates a little steep, but my package arrived today sopping wet (Royal Mail and the rain clearly don't mix) so I was prepared to be disappointed. However, your thoughtful packing and use of cellophane and tape had kept everything pristine inside! P.S. My glitter paper is gorgeous. I make paper flowers, super excited to try this out tonight!”

“I would like to congratulate you on your customer service. Recently I ordered some beaded flower embelishments, which were perfect, and some satin ribbon. The ribbon I ordered was called 'bridal white' which I expected to be white. However when it arrived it was definately ivory. I telephoned you and had an immediate response (no answering machine or several minutes of music to listen to). You were very understanding and replaced the bridal white with pure white ribbon. The whole process from first placing an order, returning the ribbbon I was unhappy with to receiving the colour I wanted only took 5 days.”

“I ordered a flower for my hair for a friends wedding. It was very cheap so I ordered two as I thought it may be quite small. I ordered yesterday and they arrived today. They are beautiful and I will probably only need one as they are a great size! Amazingly quick delivery and beautiful product! I'll be using this website again! Thank you!”
