“I've been so busy the last day or so. I am SO SO SO SO SO SO pleased with the delivery! It was wrapped up so well. I only had a peek at the seating plan but it looked amazing. I honestly can't wait to see it all on the day! It was finished beautifully and to a high standard. I'm so pleased I chose you for our stationary. “I would like to congratulate you on your customer service. Recently I ordered some beaded flower embelishments, which were perfect, and some satin ribbon. The ribbon I ordered was called 'bridal white' which I expected to be white. However when it arrived it was definately ivory. I telephoned you and had an immediate response (no answering machine or several minutes of music to listen to). You were very understanding and replaced the bridal white with pure white ribbon. The whole process from first placing an order, returning the ribbbon I was unhappy with to receiving the colour I wanted only took 5 days.”

The quality was excellent and throughout the whole ordering process your customer service was second to none. Even when i had to make a last minute alteration to the table plan you did it without a problem. “I wanted to make my own stationery but fell in love with aura entwined. I absolutely love the invitations, Alison was so helpful and came up with perfect ideas, I totally recommend them and can't wait until I can order more stationery. I've also used their Craft shop and received some beautiful ideas and bits for other parts of the wedding. Excellent service, careful packaging and beautiful beautiful stationery and other things!”

“My daughter and I were making all the plans and we had in our mind exactly what we wanted and spent ages trawling the internet looking at different websites, making copious notes of how we was going to combine all the information into one. We wanted to achieve a 'WOW' factor when guests opened their invitation and then.... we found wowvow. My first contact with Alison was enough for me to know that I had found the right place. After numerous emails, telephones, samples and patience galore I came away with the stationery of my dreams. I had such beautiful boxed invitations with two different designs, one for the day and one for the evening reply cards, Order of Service, Specially printed Readings, Table Plans, menu cards, Place Names, Table Names, Guest Book, a Post Box and thank you cards that were all colour and design co-ordinated. I have even kept a spare set for my own memories. Some of the comment that we received back from our guests said.....'the most beautiful wedding invitation that we have ever seen'.....'the reply card is too gorgeous to send back so I photocopied it and have replied with the photocopied version'...'Gorgeous'.....'beautiful' etc, etc. THANK YOU very much, Alison and Donna you provided such a fantastic and professional service and it was amazing to have had the pleasure of working with you to achieve the perfect finished products, I could nothave asked for more. Your attention to detail was admirable and inspired my confidence. I was so excited when it came to the time to receive the stationery ordered and everything arrived on time and was all so beautifully packed. Well worth the wait. Nothing seemed impossible and your patience and understanding (even with the frantic panicky phone calls e.g. the invitation that took weeks to turn up in Jamaica having taken a detour via Thailand, the menu changes and all the other 11th hour changes) were very much appreciated. Hope your stress levels have returned to normal. Thank you all again, I was able to send out my invitations with such pride, but I could not have done it without you. My only problem now is figuring out how and when I can use your company again.”
