Hi, i hired WpKraken for a job more then 3 weeks ago, ever since someone "apparently" started working on my site but never finished the job. I have been trying to get in touch with him for the last week and a half but he doesn't respond, i also contacted the support team (3 times) who told me they would get in touch. No result here either. Now, i asked for a refund 2 times and nothing is happening either. Can somebody share their experiences with me here? Do i have a resort of some sort?
