It is user-friendly and with great features.
However, their support is terrible. 2-3 days to answer something that other competitors take 2-3 hours.
I can't recommend them and a refund request is on the way.”

They’re simply in intention to snatch your money and privacy with all their products (Fluent forms, Fluent CRM etc…)
And, please!!! Be aware of their false and absolutely rubbish advertising about their products, which claims that you can use their products for your clients and customers.
But when they see (I would rather say “SPY on”) your installation numbers, they would just void your premium/pro license without any sort of communications or notifications.
This is just incredible!!! First they grab your money with their “non-sense” advertising of unlimited site installs including your clients message on their website and when you’re about to do your business using their product to help your clients, they’ll simply disable and revoke your license so that you can’t use it on any sites anymore.
