“I signed an exclusive publishing contract with Write Book Associate in June 2025. According to the contract, the project was to be completed within 10 weeks. Today is September 22nd, and the project has still not been completed. Of the 11 platforms where my book was supposed to be published, only one has been uploaded to date. And even that is only 90% complete. I would not recommend this company at all. Please stay well away from this company.
They only work with subcontractors/freelancers based outside of the UK, and their partners do whatever they want. Emails are not responded to, or only after days. Calls are ignored or only answered when they want them to. Fraud at its finest.
Mr. Roger Carlson then contacted me, only because PayPal was involved, with the promise that they would complete everything within 6 days.
The files were uploaded with numerous errors. Errors like the book had no subtitles, whether it was a series, and so on. I've seen a lot of things, but it has nothing to do with professionalism or quality. This company is a complete nightmare.
As a customer, I have to tell them about typos, what keywords to use, etc. Not recommended at all!!
