“ Placed an order and within a couple of hours realised I had made a mistake on the house number! Sent an email to request an update and was basically told no charges can be made even though the delivery was only to be made in 3 days time! Really need to sort out your internal processes! Do not recommend and will not be using again. ”

“ IG11QY Recently I’ve received my kitchen delivery I’ve broke base unit which I’ve asked them to replace and they did sent new one on 13th June Then I am having problem with corner unit which is L shape , 2 times 600 unit where I’ve space 970mm. ”

“ Never buy from this company I purchased a 3x6m gazebo and totally my fault that I ordered the wrong size I purchased on eBay and I am having to return the gazebo 4 times I messaged this company on eBay to see if I could either do an exchange for a 3x4m gazebo and I even offered them to keep the £79.99 ( the 3x4m is £53 ) for the cost of delivery and just do an exchange as they completely ignored me I have opted to return the item for a full refund and I also contacted the company to ask for the return address and again I have been ignored God awful customer service and I will be purchasing from someone else instead ”

“ Ordered an egg chair to be delivered and was told there was additional delivery cost of £84 . Tried numerous postcodes in Glasgow and Kilmarnock and all the same charge. Their policy of free delivery is not correct for delivery in central Scotland. ”
