“Scam. At first they said invest 1000 rupees, and then they gave me work. But when i submit my work they said you have to give us 3500 rupees also(wtf is this).”
“I have done my 5 assignments on 29th May 2024. I haven't received my payment. Kindly, I want my registration fee and package fee back. Please please send Back my money because I take loan from Mt family. I hope you can understand”
“So, it has been a month on this platform and I have mixed feelings. Everything except the payment method(waiting 14 days for the payment to be released into your "Available Balance" and almost the same time to get it in your Payoneer)works fine when you are a "Beginner" or "Intermediate" writer. I have noticed that for some reason, as soon as I reached the "Advanced" rank after completing fifty orders, the number of orders I can bid on and the ratio of bids being accepted has drastically dropped. I was expecting the situation to be the opposite of this but I do not know how things work here since there is a lack of transparency on the inner workings. I emailed the support staff but I just got a generic copy-paste reply which would have made sense if I was not getting enough orders at the "Beginner" and "Intermediate" ranks. I do not want to follow the herd on this platform and jump to the conclusion that this is a worthless company, so far I've had a good overall experience but if this situation of not getting orders continues then I will have to write another honest review.”
“My name is Jose. I am from the Philippines and I travel a lot around Asia. I am happy to work on the platform, especially during these uneasy times. My country was closed due to COVID-19. Those guys provide stable pay and I can choose work any time I want. I just need a good internet connection. My opinion.
Stay safe guys!”
“for me, it's a great way to make some extra money..yes, sometimes it takes time to get orders, but still this service is good, support and writers department always even when clients are not honest..they control quality, but if your english is good, nothing to worry about”
“The mentor is kind and friendly: she helped me with my first steps, shared the guides, and even sent me a congratulation email when I won the first order. I feel 100% valued even though I don't have much experience yet.”
“I’m working as a writer on the platform. This is my full time job since Covid happened in 2020.
Easy to use website, helpful people in writers department. Easy way to make money if you r good in English”
“The writingcreek.com, Edubirdie.com snd Edusson.com websites are used for scamming-phishing websites. They pretend they are hiring Freelance writers who can work remotely for them. They ask you for your vital documents including passport, driving license, academic documents, cellphone numbers, etc.
Immediately you send those documents, they block you from accessing their website. I suspect they later use the documents elsewhere for scamming. Also, whenever you call them, you get to speak to a different agent who feigns ignorance. They have a HR by the name Camilla who does the emailing. When you call and demand you want to talk to her, they say they do not have a HR by that name. I really feel awful that they scammed me. I sent them all my documents including passport and US Visa.
They claim that they are in the US but they aren’t. The individuals I talked to had this weird wog accent. I dug deep and realized they are also the owners of Edubirdie.com. They share the same office space in Bulgaria.
They use these numbers: +1(302)467-1992, +1(844)294-7887,+1(888) 337-5415, +3 (595) 691-8356,+1(888)398-5903.
Please ring them and stop them.”
“Seems like a scam or data phishing project. I was given contradictory information in chat and no access to my account to terminate it nor view the data I had given. My application was rejected, which is fine. But the way the chat support treated me and cut off chat when I asked polite questions was disconcerting. Privacy policy and terms of service contradict what I was told by representatives with regard to retention or use of my data.”
