“Bought an engraved locket at Xmas for mum (cost over £150). Mum wore the locket 3 times during which time the heart locket would not lock. We never opened the locket to insert anything the clasp was faulty. Contacted company in February no response. Contacted again on March and was told that we had opened the locket too wide to misalign the hinge and should take it to a jewellers or I could send it to them for repair at a cost and including delivery cost both ways! Absolutely disgraceful customer service.”
