“I would like to take the time to recognize excellence in customer service, which is hard to come by now days. I recently had the pleasure to work with Holland B on a large commercial job that I was in a rush to complete. Holland proved that her commitment to product knowledge, and customer care , can make any size project painless. People like her should be recognized and retained. She is a rare find. Thank you Holland and 1000 bulbs for having such a great employee. I look forward to my next project.”
“Just spent a half hour on the phone with Jackson. He was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I'm very grateful for his help and happy to give him my business.”
“Darn that Congress, baning mercury-vapor ballasts & bulbs 2005! Why do I have the hassle of replacing a high-up MV fixture when running out of bulbs? Dangerous!
Phoning this biz, talking to the specalist, we got an order together that appeared on all counts to successfully work w/o tweaking the fixture ... plugNplay.
Arrived well packed pretty fast ... sorry, Charlie - NOT working .....
Began to email my problem
Ashley took over
1. we don't have anything that will work anymore - it's been a long time since 2005
2. here's many links to others that have something that works - I know b/c I detailed a match to their bulbs via the specificaitons you gave me (WOW)
3. connecting you to RMA, who is giving you a shipping-FREE label to return in same sleeves, box, packing et al.
OLD SCHOOL customer service that INSURES REPEAT, loyal biz”
