“Very poor customer service so far. Have been trying to obtain repair of a faulty laptop. Takes forever to get through on the phone and when I did they could barely understand English. One rep even put the phone down on me because they couldn't understand what I was saying. Not much better by email either. My laptop is now at their service centre awaiting repair, we will see what that brings before I review further.”
