When I called the store to ask about the status the girl was very rude and had horrible customer service.

When I called customer service the rep had a mocking tone and said I couldn't exchange them and they wouldn't provide me with shipping materials- just a shipping label.

I was sent used jeans without tags. The jeans smelled like strong perfume and had noticeable friction in the crotch. Now I’m stuck dealing with their mistake and have to return them. Just so furious that no one in customer service seems to care about how gross this is. I spoke to 3 people. The best resolution I could get is send it back deal with it and a 25% off coupon.

The manager said that since they had been washed, I could not return them unless I had approve from customer service.
