“We ordered a power bank, they took £1600 immediately from our bank but haven’t delivered the goods. Contacting them is a nightmare, and when you do get through you are fobbed off with ‘we will ship ASAP’. We are still waiting and it’s way past the date delivery was due. Is this a SCAM COMPANY who take your money but don’t send the goods. Will probably have to do a credit card charge back.”
