“15 shades of pink used to be my favourite cream - until now. The last one I received arrived spoiled (with a separate oil and a bit of stiff custard-like substance) - instead of usual fluffy cream. I wrote to Ashanti customer service - but they tried to convince me that this spoiled cream is normal! Only when I wrote a negative review about that - they told me that they will send me a new one if I pay for the shipping. And I payed almost 20 USD for shipping 4 weeks ago! And the unspoiled product still hasn’t been sent! Instead Ashanti customer service keep sending me some wrong tracking numbers which are not working. First they sent me FEDEX tracking number. Than they sent me GLS tracking number. And lastly they sent me UPS tracking number.. This is some kind of a joke! I received spoiled product and than I got robbed out of almost 20 USD for a shipment which was never sent!!!”
“Delay in delivery and lying about it. also took them days to answer my email when I have requested the tracking number because of the delay. then after days I got one that is not even in the system yet so one thing is not deliver what you promised I chose 5-6 business days shipping (I ordered it 13days ago) which happens but lying about it is just unacceptable. I will update my review once I got the products finally. couple of days ago they said I should get it that day or the next one but today I figured they did not even shipped it when they told me that....... the tracking number still not in the system which means they just shipped it (if they did, at this point i have no idea what is happening).”
