After finding the mirror we wanted, we ordered and it was delivered, with broken glass. In fairness, when we informed Bathroom Village, they didn’t hesitate in sending a replacement.
When that arrived, it was totally shattered. We then requested a full refund and received it after 2 weeks.
Decent Co but their delivery contractor was shocking.

Having received the goods ordered in very battered packaging the item, toilet roll holder was scratched and dented. It was quickly collected and returned on 20th March. I requested a refund which I am still waiting to be paid even after chasing the status of is item.

I ordered a porcelain shelf and after receiving 3 all damaged and returned was told you would be refunding our payment, it would have been better to ensure an item that could be damaged was wrapped appropriately

My Burlington bath rack arrived bent and I have had no end of trouble returning it. Bathroom Village staff have been pleasant to deal with but their couriers have been dreadful and my item has still not been collected and me not refunded four weeks later.

Long time resolving tap that was unfit for purpose. No consideration given to cost of fitting and weeks of inconvenience. Was refunded cost of purchase but still have inadequate tap. Will have to replace and pay for removal and fitting of new one.
