“I ordered a number of items from Bed, Bath & Beyond over the past few months. New patio furniture, planters, an egg chair, throw pillows, covers for all the patio furniture and a storage container to put the covers and inflatable pool toys when not in use. Mostly, my experience was excellent. However, I had a problem with one very expensive set of planters. The smallest of the three began cracking. I took photos and sent them to BB&B, only to be told that it was 8 days past the return date so they weren't prepared to do anything about it. I tried to edit my review of these planters to warn other prospective buyers, but the website wouldn't allow me to do this. I was extremely disappointed in BB&B. For the price I paid and given that there is obviously a manufacturing problem with this planter, I should have received better customer service.”

“NEVER purchase anything online from this company. I had to placed an order with someone on the phone because there is no place on their website to add my promotion code. They were able to place my order with my promo code, however I received an email from the purchase department 2 days later asking me to call them 1855-222-1797 - no one EVER picks up and their answering machine says they will call back within 24 hours (NEVER HAPPENED). NO ONE WORKS THERE. I was forced to call several times per day and still nothing. Then I forced to call customer service and they can't do anything about it because it's not their department. I'm currently waiting on the phone to speak to someone who can do something, anything about my purchase. What a waste of my time.”
