“I am a local events company looking to purchase 2 castles from this company. I found them very unhelpful over email so i decided to call to speed the process up. When i did get through to someone i asked of they offered a price match service as any business would. He laughed and said he had ignored my emails as soon as he saw the question as it was a stupid question.
I find that utterly vile. A response of no sorry we don't as our quality is second to none or anything along those limes would have been fine and i would of still gone with them as they are so close to me but the shear rudeness and lack of customer services is a no go for me !
I haven't been to the showroom but i plan to pop by this week to see if the company is actually a scam, i assume it must be with the way i have just been spoken to on the phone. I will update with photos when i have been ! AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!!”
