“ Charlotte from westend Road Burger King, had no patience, rushed me with my meal, made me feel like I couldn’t customise my burger until I told how. She didn’t left window open and put someone’s order there and the wind was blowing the bag and it was freezing out, another colleague had to tell her the food would get cold. She didn’t say please or thank you she chucked me my food and closed the window! PLEASE put people like her in the back not front of house she has zero customer service and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job! ”

“ Stopped at Burger King cribbs causeway on way home from Cornwall - long journey with lots of holdups nearly 6 hours and another 100 mikes to go to home! I have the Burger King app on my phone and use the deals on offer whoever saying that I am 73 years old and have limited I T skills lol The young chap behind the counter was delightful - kindly - with a fair amount of charm ! Helped my through the ordering process without making me feel ‘dumb’ and then bought our meals to the table for us - definitely service will a smile !! Well done ti the young man - so nice to meet a young person with good old fashioned manner and a lot of tolerance 5**** Food wasn’t bad either lol ”
