I’ve lost over 400 euros because they tell the buyer about their Buyers Protection Policy if you don’t get a delivery, you have to pay for this too! Three deliveries did not arrive and I had to pay. It’s ridiculous how they do business! I have read many similar reviews. I just wish I did my homework prior to using there very untrustworthy site.

In my situation, the package was not sent in the box or the package was stolen at Vape and before delivery to PostNL.

I paid for an item and I did not receive it, and I said undid not received still they deduct the amount from my card. The seller sent me once that I was not home ! Because I don’t stay home 24/7 I should pay for the item and the delivery. Ofcourse Catawiki did nothing till now

They said it was normal to happen during delivery and they would not investigate further.

We only release payment to the seller up to 3 days after delivery so that you have had the time to inspect your object.

After delivery we give buyers 3 days to report any issues they might have, so that we can still hold on to their payments.

Provided a negative review on the seller who demanded I pay Catawiki the VAT fee befire shipping and of course you have to pay the courier before delivery.

Hello, I'm trying to be refunded for an order that didn't arrive and I encounter a wall with Catawiki Support team. I'm struggling for a month and 6 days to get my money back and still can't do it. On the opposite, after my claim they modified the delivery date to a date in the future so I can't be refunded. This is a shame for this platform I initially trusted...

They claim delivery of the item ( someone is here 24/7 to take delivery) but surprise, no note of an attempted delivery posted; no advice card on where to collect and pay the associated customs charges so I was unable to do so THEN they say that they could'nt deliver and I had'nt paid the customs charges.
