“ I purchased a dinosaur tooth fossil for $550 plus shipping. My took the 'fossil' to a natural history museum, three museum staff examined the 'fossil', including a palaeontologist, all three museum staff reckoned the 'fossil' was a fake. I tried to get my money back but they would not give me a refund. I think my emails are answered by an AI robot which basically ignores my complaints. Can anyone offer advice? ”
