“Really impressed with the customer service, I have long arms and usually have trouble with my jackets and shirt sleeves being too short in the division which actually ruins it for me, I contacted customer service for a custom-made jacket, and they agreed, received the parcel within a week, and the jacket was excellent and fitted perfect”
