“Buyer beware of Choice Home Warranty (CHW). They are notorious for the bait-n-switch. When you have a "covered" system or appliance in need of repair, they will NOT fix or replace it. They will not follow-up with your claim, and when you do get a response it is never beneficial to you or the problem. Giving them 1 star is one to many.”
