“ I bought something from Dick’s and then returned it. The employee from The West County Mall store told me the refund was on a gift card. Turns out the gift card was never activated. Now Dick’s is refusing any help. Looks like they tolerate theft by employees. Do NOT shop there ”

“ Absolutely terrible service. Bought 2 pairs of running shoes back in May, still nothing! No tracking number, said they were shipped, then sent out another pair with once again no tracking number. Then finally they’re going to send me a refund. Still nothing 2 months now. DON’T EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS! SCAMMERS ”

Asked for tracking, nothing.So they were going to ship another set. Then still didn’t come and once again no tracking number. Asked for a refund, oh it should take 10 days. Once again nothing.
