Asked for tracking, nothing.So they were going to ship another set. Then still didn’t come and once again no tracking number. Asked for a refund, oh it should take 10 days. Once again nothing. It’s been 3 months! DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Horrible service

            They cancelled an order I made almost two weeks ago. Kept my funds, and won't return them. When I called representative said 7 business days, and that it was up to my bank. I called my bank to find you all hadn't even processed a refund at all and that you all can hold my funds for 30 days. Now that's just Wicked!!

            I waited more than a month for my order, has emailed 3x for update because it never arrived. Customer Service said ut was delivered ! My security canera showed nothing was delivered on that date. They told me to ask my beighbors or my family members! So ridiculous!I simply got tired and don’t want to waste my time following it up.             I place an order for Football Cleats & gloves. My order was canceled for no reason but I was charged. Spent an hour on the phone to be told I have to reorder and wait for a refund. If I could give a negative star I would. Looking for these items elsewhere!!

            Terrible customer service. Ran by a bunch of lazy kids. Say they don’t have stuff because they’re too lazy to go check then you go yourself there to look and there it is.
Christmas return policy is a joke. They want to sale the product for top dollar but then only want to offer a partial refund or none at all. What are these stores coming to. No wonder stores are

            Do not buy anything from Dicks sporting goods online. Their website is very inefficient.  I returned a wrong order that was sent to me on August 31st but still haven't received my refund yet. I have tried to contact them 4 times with no result at the end just the runaround.  Stay away from their online store.
