I ordered over 50 pair of shoes and still have not received 24 pair. I call, no one returns call. When I finally get someone on the phone they refuse to let me talk to their supervisor and have the never to tell me to take it up with my credit card company. WHAT? I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. BS THAT IS CREDIT CARD FRAUD. YEAH. NO THANK. YOU. I HAVE FOUGHT CANCER ALL YEAR AND CAN NOT AFFORD THIS LOSS.

So my question is do you not back your product? Offer assistance to customers? Require a positive/helpful attitude from your “managers”? Had we bought your warranty could we have exchanged the bat? Your process makes zero sense, you offer a product, the product is defective, the customer returns it, you send it back to the manufacturer and get credit…your warranty is a way for your company to make more money when the outcome of the returned product is the same…you get your money back.
