“Dear Estée Lauder Customer Services,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent order placed on 1st December. Your website states a delivery timeframe of 3–5 days, yet today is 10th December and I have still not received my order.
I contacted your customer service team, but was told there is “nothing they can do” and that I must wait until 18th December before calling back. This response is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expect from Estée Lauder.
This order is intended as a Christmas gift, and at this rate it is unlikely to arrive in time — despite being ordered well in advance. The lack of support or resolution offered has left me very dissatisfied, and based on this experience I am unlikely to order from your company again.
I would appreciate an urgent update on my order’s status and confirmation of steps being taken to resolve this issue.
