“I loved Eyebuydirect direct and their glasses. however, as long as they continue to use Purolator I will never buy from them again. They said Eyebuydirect did not give my full address so I had to give them my address even though it is in the Eyebuydirect site and I’ve never had this issue with Eyebuydirect before.
Then they tried to ship it with only my street address despite them now being given my address twice then when I gave them my address for the third time they say they can order a backup pair and they can ship it again for an extra fee, then when I ask to complain because I just want my package and I’m frustrated that this is the third time they’ve had to be given my address they offer to waive the fee, great. Oh no apparently they no longer have the frames now and I have to choose different ones, I just want my original package. I ask how to get my original package they give me another number, I thank them and ask where to contact to complain and they close the chat and ghost me. I’ve now been on hold for the last 30 minutes and I am not happy to say the least.”
“Ordered two pairs of glasses and received July 2023. One pair is too tight on face and the lenses are too big (oversized). As per website you can request a replacement OR REFUND within 14 days.
Requested refund now THREE times and received email back pushing for replacement instead of honoring refund policy on website. BUYER BEWARE!”
