Upon returning, they received the return within a few days and three weeks later still did not refund me.

I would never order from this company again. I had a missing order, tried to contact them several times and after 60 days I got the response that after 60 days they won’t be able to do the refund . Smart of them not so good for me.

I have never experienced any companies here in USA who would charge, fail to provide the service/send the items, advise you that the refund has been processed and not to do actually anything about mu refund.

Unfortunately my refund was denied … saying the cellophane wasn’t intact and wasn’t in a saleable condition … there was no cellophane on the item? What was I supposed to do, wrap it in cellophane myself? It’s extremely easy to check if a foundation has been used.

Moreover they just advised that one of the items is no longer available and carelessly offered a refund.

As a result, when/if I get the refund for my order, I will never ever use FeelUnique again.

I ordered 2 bottles of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Castile Soap, early this month, it is the 23rd of October 2021 today. I have just gotten my order but it is missing another bottle. I have contacted their customer support and I do not have a concrete answer as to how they will refund me because I paid COD OR if they will send me another bottle. I will update here as soon as.

I made a complain and asked refund or return they was treating me like I'm a kid after so many days now they are saying we don't have return policy for your country.

half the items are out of stock!!! The site doesn't work when you try and ask for a refund, just shocking experience.
