“One standout thing about Firmoo is the customer service and experience. Any time ive ever had an issue with any pair of glasses (ive been buying here for about 8 years now) they have always fixed the issue quickly and been very responsive. I even had a pair of glasses that broke maybe 5 or 6 months after i got them and they just asked for some photos before sending me a brand new pair, free of charge. Another time one pair came with a coating that wrinkled when i tried to heat them with a hairdryer to adjust the frame, and again they were replaced for free. This last issue was actually with the mail carrier (yuntrack) has basically held my glasses hostage for over a week, and after talking to customer service they assured they were contacting yuntrack to get the glasses moving- but after 3 more days of no movement i messaged again and they said they were going to ship a new pair with expedited shipping, AGAIN free of charge even though i offered to pay to expedite the. My original projected delivery date is still 5 days away and they still offered to do this. I really like firmoo as a company and all the styles they offer, but having prompt and competent customer service reps is a huge plus. Firmoo has made getting glasses not only affordable, but an enjoyable experience as well.”
