Trying to get a refund which was promised after 5 working days, still not received. Would not recommend, having cancelled their bus on our date to go. Try phoning and get a useless chat robotic ans, very frustrating.🤬🤬🤬💩

There should have been free wifi on the bus. Driver said no wifi. I complained and asked for partial refund. They replied "our records indicate that this ticket is non-refundable and has no refund value. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request."

The worst service in the world, do not use this company under any circumstances. Customer support is zero, they are late for an hour or more, because of which you can miss your flight, as in my case. You will end up using alternative transport, and they will not even refund you for the unused ticket. There are many competitors that leave this company and its service far behind. Thanks for your attention!

FlixBus uses deceptive pricing—ticket prices start high, only to drop dramatically days before departure. When I called customer service about changing my booking, I was hit with a $42 fee and forced to accept a credit instead of a refund. This scammy tactic leaves customers overpaying and stuck with unfair penalties.

Worst bus staff; they asked me to come early, and if you ask for a refund, they will deny it.

The next bus was meant to leave at 11:15 PM, clearly we had left 6:30 AM that day so were unable to wait so took Megabus back home for which we paid $98, FlixBus never refunded anything back to us and below response was sent, never using these folks again: Delays are often caused by events we cannot control, such as traffic jams, road works or weather conditions.
