My mother needed a bus ticket as she doesn’t like to drive long distances and her destination wasn’t far enough to fly (3 hour drive) she wanted a bus that would stop near by her home and didn’t want to travel downtown. 15 hours ago I booked a ticket on Flix Bus. I had never heard of this company in my life but they have a stop 15 minutes from her home. So I booked it and I accidentally booked it a week off (wrong dates). When I woke up this morning I realized the dates were off and attempted to change and then cancel the ticket but the website automatically charges a fee equal to 50 percent of the fare paid. I figure I would contact them and have it changed as it is a genuine mistake. I initially contacted them on the website as that seemed like the only option and I was informed in more than one way that a change without the fee was not possible. I then tried contacting them on Facebook and I was told the same thing. I then found a customer service number and called only to be told the same exact thing but in a crazy turn of events, I was then told by the “customer service agent” that he couldn’t help me and he hung up on me and when I tried calling again in order speak to a supervisor I was hung up on twice. They won’t even speak to me at this point. At no point was I rude or belligerent. This is my first experience with this company and obviously my last. Is this the normal level of customer service for Flix or am I missing something here? This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a company.

Worst or I can say inhuman services . I feel this bus services should immediately crashed as they play with customer. I have been harassed and tortured by bus ppl and left us on road of Delhi with fake information. My 2 year old kid and wife were astonished with this behavior today . I feel I should be filling complaint against them

one of the drivers smoked while driving. the buses are crowded, full of people who smell bad, sleep on the floor between the seats, listen to the hands, talk miserably on the phone on the loudspeaker. Find another way to travel if you want hygiene

We were travelling from New Delhi to Jalandhar. The detailed instructions provided on the booking regarding where to board the bus were incorrect. The "host" confirmed the pick up spot however the drivers yelled while were boarding stayed we are delaying the bus trip, even though the bus came 24 minutes late that the normal time. We had 6 luggage in total and with the ticket only 4 were allowed so I purchased 2 extra 20 kilo luggage. The host refused to onboard us stating the luggage is too much. He refused to check our ticket which confirmed 6 luggage. We were rushed into the bus, the driver has already accelerated while we got on. I cannot emphasise how dangerous this is. My mum who is the second passenger has has a previous hip replacement, any fall could have been fatal and not only her, we were not helped with boarding the bus while we had our 7 kilo carry on luggage in our hands as the host refused to put these with the other luggage. We were rushed into the bus and the door from the driver cabin was locked with the host yelling find your seats. The lack of unprofessionalism, complete disregard to passenger safety, lack of communication and next to none customer services with the Flix bus services. Even though I am not surprised by the utter disgrace this service has been considering we were travelling in India.

This service is terrible. I book a ticket first then the bus operator cancel the trip without any reason and then offer me to reschedule and gave me ticket one day before of the planned trip. This is so unfair. I have already booked hotels and all return tickets. You can't not change your plan just in 4 hours. Moreover, the cancellation charge is too high. This is so unfair.

The morning trip from Peschiera del Garda to Bergamo Airport was canceled 24 hours in advance. Next time I will choose another alternative instead of Flixbus.

I would say do not trust Flixbus. FLIX BUS IS NOT SUSTAINABLE IN TERMS OF YOUR TIME AND MONETERY PRICE. They keep updating the departure time as they wish stating delay. When you go there even 15 mins before the updated departure time and call the driver. He says he already left and the updated departure tune is none of his business . So it is waste of your time and money.

Flixbusses are the worst! This trip to Italy and back was the worst of my life! First I've got a message 29 min before my ride that the bus will be about 1h late. But....the bus came 2,5 h late. The passengers were completely cold and when I contacted the office they only proposed me a refund.... And what about refund of my time and my health! And missed my connection. My second trip was to Pisa and the timetable was saying that we are coming 30 minutes earlier. The bus driver decided to stop for 15 minutes at the expensive café and we came to Pisa 10 min later than the schedule. But the last drop was that I've asked in advance about stopping at the border just for putting the stamp on my tax form, the document was filled and I should become a refund online, just need to put a stamp on the border. The office said me: yes, you will stop at the border. I also asked one driver and then his colleague for stopping at the border. There were no cars or buses at the border, we were coming earlier to the border, but.... guess what? Nobody stopped!!!! And the driver told that he hasn't understood me. Then why he said Yes,No problem?!

Bus cancelled which will leave me stranded at the airport with no way to get home at 1am. Called customer services, online help chat, email.. refusing to book me on another route which is against the law (regulation (eu) no. 181/2011) and even their own T&C's on their website. When I read their own T&Cs to them on the phone they hung up both times. Shocking customer service and illegal practices.

Firstly it's not flix bus coach. They hire ordinary India sleeper buses which do not follow any punctuality, hyginity, and quality of maintainance. It's a fake operation by a multi national company.

Het is makkelijk om slechte diensten te leveren als je de goedkoopste bent. Je weet toch dat mensen die het niet breed hebben geen andere opties hebben. Dit is geen review van een eenmalige ervaring. Keep up the good work! Btw, niet elke chauffeur drinkt en doet naar tegen zijn gasten, moet ook gezegd worden. Ps, hou ook rekening in Duitsland met racistische agenten met hun controles. Die zonder enig bewijs of aanleiding tegen je schreeuwen. Je uitkleden, laten bukken, kuchen en ballen optillen voor een groep agenten die overduidelijk machtsmisbruik vertonen. Ik ben een gast die netjes voor zijn kaart heeft betaald en beloond is met intimidatie. Bedankt voor een leuke toevoeging aan mijn welverdiende vakantie.

Route IN4220, Bangalore to Vijayawada. No direct flixbus vehicle so they tied up with Jagan travels. A third grade travel operator. Stay away from Flixbus, no proper communication or intimation about delays statuses etc. they are recheable only on chat, possibly a small office in some apartment basement. Garbage bus operator

Flixbus Wrong at every moment. I started my journey with family of 4 members including 2 kids from Delhi to Ambala. Bathroom at Flixbus lounge at Delhi is very unhygienic. It was so dirty, foul smell all over in lounge once bathroom door open. No supply of water. When I asked at reception that guy told me water will come after 10 am only. No water before that. This is one thing. Another thing conductor in Bus No. DD01P9345 was rude. Such an illiterate person he was. I booked 2 tickets with a Cost of INR 298 per ticket and 1 ticket I planned to purchase from within bus and at that time he asked INR 500. When I denied to pay then start talking rudely. I would suggest everyone not use Flixbus. It’s better you can go with Volvo buses operated by Govt those are more reliable then these private bus operators.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIXBUS - SAVE YOURSELF HASSLE AND MONEY Flixbus has let us down on both outbound and inbound journey, we were meant to take the bus from London Ontario to Toronto Union. On the confirmation, it said one thing and when we checked the boarding point it said another. We ended up missing and then were driven to Toronto by a family member. On our return from New York, the connecting bus back to London Ontario was meant to leave 8:15 and our New York bus was meant to come in at 7:45, that got delayed by half and hour and our connecting bus left even earlier than 8:15 so we missed that connection. The next bus was meant to leave at 11:15 PM, clearly we had left 6:30 AM that day so were unable to wait so took Megabus back home for which we paid $98, Flixbus never refunded anything back to us and below response was sent, never using these folks again: Delays are often caused by events we cannot control, such as traffic jams, road works or weather conditions. If a departure is more than 120 minutes late from the scheduled departure time, and a customer withdraws from the trip, a refund can be claimed. According to EU-Regulation 181/2011, delays of less than 120 minutes are not eligible for any compensation. We regret that we cannot meet your request in this case. Thanks for your understanding. ADA DISCRIMITATION ALERT!!! Had the worse experience with this company in Toronto - CA. Completely discriminatory against people in a wheelchair. I booked the trip and called way before to confirm if the ride would be accessible. The website said it would ask me to list the chair during the booking, which never happened, so I called. They could not make arrangements because I did not registered my chair 36 hours before (BECAUSE I COULD NOT!), I also asked to change the trip to 1 or 2 days later, still the same answer, "the driver will not allow you to board". What??? Had to request for refund and only got 10% back - I got penalized TWICE for a service that they refused to arrange. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be taking legal actions. Lost money, got frustrated and a nice vacation became a traumatic experience. Just avoid the headache, people.

I recently traveled with FlixBus and had an extremely negative experience that has made me reconsider using this service in the future. Before the trip even began, the driver treated me with complete disrespect. He accused me of speaking in English instead of his preferred language (Polish) and even threatened not to let me board the bus, despite me having a valid ticket. When I asked for documentation regarding the additional charge for my luggage, the driver was unable to provide any. Instead, he called some unknown individuals who could not give any clear answers about the issue. Furthermore, the drivers allowed the bus to depart as soon as passengers boarded, without giving them time to find seats, creating dangerous situations for everyone on board. I absolutely do not recommend this service after experiencing such treatment.
